Obituary of Christine Paterson

Christine Anne Paterson It is with heavy hearts we advise of the passing of Christine Paterson at Southlake Regional Health Center, Newmarket, on Thursday, March 17, 2016 with her sons by her side, at the age of 65 years. Christine Paterson (nee Leach) of Sutton, beloved wife of the late Donald H. Paterson, Loving mother of Shawn (Darlene), Andrew (Karrin) and David and Grandma of Kyle, Zack, Jordan, Jamee, Kaylan and Lily. Dear sister of Janet (Steve), Wendy (John), Peter, Paulette, and Richard (Kathy). Dear aunt of Vanessa, Stephanie, Dillon, Devin, Steven, Christopher, Bryanne, Courtney (Chris), and Michael (Lisa) and great Aunt of Shannon (Fredric), Tanner, Sophia, Myles, Avery and Noah and great great aunt of Eliza. Fondly remembered by many relatives in England, and her many friends, especially Barb and Jodi and all her co-workers at Sutton District High School. Cremation has taken place. A Graveside Service and interment of cremated remains will take place on Monday, April 4, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at the Briar Hill Cemetery, 5500 Black River Road, Sutton. A Celebration of Chris’s life will follow at the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 356, 21 East Street, Sutton from 2:30 – 5:30 p.m. with remembrances at 3:00 p.m. Memorial Donations to the Poppy Fund of the R.C.L., Branch 356, or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
