McKenzie, George (Al)
With his loving wife and family by his side, Al passed peacefully the eve of Wednesday, February 16, 2022 at the age of 85 years. Devoted husband of Barb. Beloved father of Wendy, Sandy (Mark), Chris (Allan). Cherished grandfather of Jesse and Alex. Brother-in-law of predeceased Judy (Roger) and uncle of Michael and Kevin. Affectionate cousin and friend to many. Al was proud of his many accomplishments and well-liked throughout his career at Eaton's, Bowrings and Grand & Toy. He will be sadly missed by all. Family and friends will be received at the Forrest & Taylor Funeral Home, 20846 Dalton Road, Sutton, ON 905-722-3274 on Thursday, February 24, from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. A Celebration of Al's Life will be conducted in the chapel on Friday, February 25 at 1:30 p.m. Proof of double vaccination will be required. Donations would be appreciated by the family to the Virginia United Church or the Cancer Society. Memorial condolences may be made at www.forrestandtaylor.ca
