I was so saddened to hear of George's passing. I worked with George at the East General for many years and George was one of the kindest people I've ever met. He was always quick with a smile and had a perpetual twinkle in his eye. On behalf of myself and his many friends at TEGH I wish to express my sincerest condolences to George's Family and friends.

I am so sorry to hear that my dear brother George has died. I can't find the words to say how sorry I am and how much he will be missed. My heart goes out to all the other family members. Cousin George was a very nice person he always knew how to make us all laugh. I know he will be missed by us all. Sleep in peace my dear cousin.

Approximately 3 years ago, Uncle George, myself, dad, and Andrew had an amazing time, fishing in great pond, and Black river, seeing my uncle trying his best to control the fish flipping around as they landed on dry land, made for some good laughs, I knew he enjoyed himself! The long conversations we engaged in at Clifton Heights!! While watching the vehicles go by, are memories that will forever remain with me, Man filled with lots of kind words and encouragement!! Uncle you'll be sadly missed but I'll always remember you in a very special way. S I P, uncle. Nephew! Denver.

A man with a wealth of knowledge and was never selfish with it. You were warm and gentle, a no nonsense person. When I first came to Canada, you bought me the largest ice cream I have ever had. I learnt then that your favorite ice cream flavor was mint. I remembered telling you that was gross and you laughed so hard.
You took us around and helped us to get settled when we first came.

Uncle George was my biggest cheerleader when I first came to Canada. When I wanted to give up he encouraged me and drove me to my lawyer's appointment. He was my defense when I had no one else to turn to. You will forever be in my heart and memory. Rest well Uncle George.

I remember Uncle George when he would visit us in Jamaica. There was an antique record player at home with lots of records of Christian country music. He loves country singing! He'd spend hours playing those records and singing along with them!
He loves to smile, and he's always dressed up in his stripe shirts with the sleeves cuffed, dressing pants, socks and house slippers.
Sleep on Uncle George, you've fought well.
