I met Mr Babineau at Briar Hill cemetery, while watering flowers there one Sunday afternoon. Very nice conversation we had about family and life. My husband is buried close by there and I was having an especially bad day. Mr Babineau arrived and help me feel much better, at just the right time.
Sorry for your loss.

Al was an incredible man, genuinely kind and pure-hearted, like no other. He was a man of integrity, strong family values and beliefs and was always there for anyone in need, especially his family. Anyone who had met him, even briefly, was always taken by his kind, authentic and gentle demeanour. I was always astonished on the amount of change he witnessed throughout his 95 years, yet he accepted the good and the bad with a smile and never allowed it to alter the person he was at the core; he had a simple and positive outlook on life. I learned so much from him, in every facet of life, and I looked up to him; I am extremely privileged to call him father-in-law. He will be deeply missed. May you rest in peace.
Love, Dan

These are photos of my dad tobogganing with some of his grandchildren, Alex, Katie and Sam. Sam was born in 2003 and was at least three or four in these photos. This wonderful man, in his eighties, not only went down the hill but pulled Sam back up for another go. This is who he was.
We love and miss you Dad/Papa.

Dear Lynda and Babineau family: I heard from Theresa Salt that Alcide had been sick and I have been praying for him. May the dear Lord wrap Alcide in His Arms and take him to Heaven to be with Him always.
I have known the Babineau family for many years, some of which our family would meet at the lake during the summer months. Alcide and I would catch up on news whenever I attended St. Anthony's church. May he rest in peace and wonderful memories sustain you during your time of mourning.
