Just noticed the house for sale so I just thought to myself he's probably passed away he was a long time friend of mine along with his old tenant Kevin Foley he also passes away not long ago my deepest condolences to the entire family he was a good man may he finally have peace now sorry for the loss of your dad Sincerely Rena.
