I worked with Reg for 15 years, and will miss him more than I can put into words. Reg was one of those people that was a gift in your life, I feel lucky to have had a chance to spend so much time with him. Reg would do anything for anyone, he didn't even have to like you to do it, he was just a good person, who would always go that extra mile. Reg could always make me laugh, or blurt out what he knew I was thinking but was trying to be polite, and hold back. He was a wonderful soul who I will miss greatly. My thoughts and prayers to his family.

My condolences to the Hiltz family and especially those 3 little granddaughters Reggie lived with.. I met Reggie in Nova Scotia but it was really up here in Ontario where we became friends,, I have so many great memories of hanging out with that old bird on Wilson Heights, down there below Hamilton inbetween and up in Sutton,, always a laugh, always happy to see you and never any negativity, and some great points of view on things as well!!! I am so happy I got to visit Reggie back in March, it had been over a year, but of course we had a great afternoon!!! I shall miss my friend...

Reggie was a good friend that could sometimes be the instigator of a little mischief. He always had a smile and the name pretty boy suited him quite well. You will be missed Reggie. May we meet again. Our sympathies go out to the family, you are in our thoughts and prayers.

I have fond memories of Reg as a child. He had a pony that he taught to buck off all comers. They both were bad...how he survived gunshot wounds and and falling on broken bottles was a miracle. He made lasting impressions on those who grew up with him. (his cousin...Carolyn)

I was deeply sorry to hear of the loss of Reginald. My dad (Noel) was Reg's older brother. He had many stories about Reginald and their youth and the many "adventures" that often involved my dad looking out for him in one way or another. My dad always had a twinkle in his eye and grin on his face recalling the stories. There was obviously a lot of love there. My family was deeply touched when Reg turned up at my dad's funeral after not seeing him for many years and he sat beside me in the front row as a surprise guest of honour. His was a big part of my dad's life and hence he was a big part of our family.
Deepest Sympathies

I would like to pass on my condolences to the whole family. I remember Reg with fondness and respect. A special memory for me is his antics as a kid with his horse "rowdy". It is sad, as life goes on people and family drift apart, but they will always remain in our hearts

So sad to hear of Reggie's passing. He was a frequent visitor at our home for many years when he lived on Baseline road. Many good times and a lot of fond memories were made with him. One of the kindest people we were fortunate enough to know. God bless his family in this difficult time.

My condolences go out to the family and his many friends. I first met Reggie when he lived on the Baseline road. I could not have found more of kind, funny, and compassionate soul. I have many fond memories of Reggie and will miss his smile (And his smart comebacks :) ) He always made me laugh, which we did a lot. Friends and family were important to him, always wondering if they were having a good time. I was saddened to hear the news of his passing, we all will miss him.
