As we celebrate John's life, may we rejoice that we had him in our life. This candle is dim when compared to the brightness of John's light. We will miss him, and our love for Jeanne will continue to grow.

Dear Aunt Jeanne,
This week I have been thinking of you and Uncle John often, and the thoughts that come to mind first are not of sadness but rather a celebration of a remarkable man, a life lived to the fullest and a couple that exemplified the meaning of true love.I am grateful for the opportunity over the years to be witness to such beautiful people. Bless you for setting such an example for the rest of us. Love Sandra

Our deepest condolences to Jeanne and the Pynne Family on John's passing.
We have so many memories of a sweet and mild-mannered man with an amazing sense of humour and a wonderful singing voice.
We recall our first time meeting with John and Jeanne at Knox United when we walked in 5 years ago on moving to Georgina. There you were sitting in front of us and you began chatting. Jeanne was quite upset that Ted was a "salesman".
and then, at the clinic, when John and Jeanne were having a difference in opinion and I (Carol) sat between you both in the waiting room to mediate. I can't think when I had that much fun with another couple.
Your dedication and love with each other was a tribute to you both and a great example for others.
John will be greatly missed.

In September of this past year, John & Jeanne attended Hospice Georgina's AGM, as they did every year. John stole the show with stories of Hospice Georgina's early days and their involvement. He had people both laughing and crying. Everyone was touched by his concern for others in the community and the depth of his heart. That's how he will be remembered by everyone at Hospice Georgina. We will miss his bright spark, but we will carry on "Sharing the Caring," which is what he would have wanted. Goodbye, John.
