I am shocked and saddened by Pat's sudden passing. My deepest and sincerest condolences to his wife and family. I knew Pat well, as we worked together on many real estate dealings over the last couple years especially. We had a great friendship and working relationship. I am still in shock and I had no idea he had turned ill. I feel terrible as just 3 days ago, apparently the day after he passed, I sent him an e-mail mentioning how I hadn't heard from him in a couple weeks. I feel just awful, and am praying and thinking of his wife, family and friends during this difficult time.

I was deeply saddened to hear about Pat's passing just now. I still can't believe it!!
We worked together at Metroland and stayed in touch years after he left. Something not many people did after they left.
He always had a smile on his face, treated people with respect and kindness and had a joke and a hug waiting if you were having a bad day.
He will be greatly missed!!

What a wonderful, kind, thoughtful, giving, funny, helpful, gracious, smart and down to earth man Pat was. Seems like a lot of adjectives, but anyone who knew Pat, will read them and say "Yes he sure was all that and so much more!"
Can you possibly imagine how amazing Pat is on the other side of the thin veil. Pat will be so sincerely missed by everyone who knew him, but even those who met him only once, will feel his loss. He radiated joy and sincerity and it was my privilege to have been a very small part of Pat and Janice's life. Anyone who had the pleasure of being in Pat and Janice's company, knew how exceptional their relationship was (and will be again in a different way.) I felt good with them and stayed feeling good about our times together long after the visit was over.
Pat, I am grateful that you will be keeping my Dad, some of my friends, your parents and sister, Janice's parents and sister and many other loved ones in stitches and in deep contemplation on the other side. Please help your beloved Janice through her grief. Help her to find a way to be with you in a meaningful way. You will certainly continue to live on in all the stories that Janice loves to tell.
Melanie and Jeff

My Condolences to the family of Pat Pringle. I worked with Pat for a short time at the Orillia Today Newspaper. We both sold advertising for the newspaper.
I remember Pat's positive attitude and his smile, just like the picture shown. He always had a joke to tell or a story about one of his sales calls. A good stress relief in a sales pressured job.
I also remember seeing, around town, his pen and ink sketches of scenes and buildings in Orillia. He was a talented artist.
I'll be putting an extra donation in the Salvation Army Kettle in his remembrance.
