Peacefully at the Southlake Regional Health Center, Newmarket on Friday, October 9, 2015, at the age of 67 years. Connie Minielly (nee Phoenix), beloved wife of Ed Minielly. Beloved mother of Shawn and the late Deryck. Cherished grandmother of the late Connor. Fondly remembered by her family and friends. A Memorial Service will be held in the chapel of the Forrest & Taylor Funeral Home, 20846 Dalton Road, Sutton , Friday, October 16, 2015 at 1:30 p.m. Visitation from 12:30 p.m. Memorial condolences may be made at www.forrestandtaylor.com
