Deepest condolences on behalf of the Jacobs Family...
Having known Mark since the age of 5yrs, Joyce was like a second mom through my childhood. So sad to see her pass, but taking to heart that she's at rest in a better place now. Many great memories around the Mt. Albert homestead and back in Scarborough will live on always.
Our thoughts are with Barry, Mark, Conor and the rest of the Cosgrave family in this time of loss.
