Wm. John Ward The grass may be greener on the 18th hole in heaven but he will be missed on the course. John will be dearly missed by his loving wife of 60 years, Margaret (nee Fielding), daughters and son-in-laws, Louise (Doug) McKeown and Christine (Paul) Hogg. Retired in 1987 from the Toronto Fire Department, (#955) after 30 years on the job, he loved his family and golf. Grandchildren Stephen (Rebecca), Jonathan (Robyn), Christopher (Dale), Tyler Hogg, Sarah and Rebecca McKeown will miss their grandfather dearly, and poppa will be remembered by great grandchildren Eleanor and Owen Hogg.A Memorial service will be held Saturday May 23, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Forrest & Taylor Funeral Home,20846 Dalton Road, Sutton, (905) 722-3274.Visitation from 10:00 a.m. Donations may be made to the South Lake Regional Health Centre Foundation – Cancer Clinic in lieu of flowers.
