Sincere condolences from the Bertolo/King familes. I was an intervenor at DBOS from 1997-2008 and I had the privilege of working with Brad for my last 8 years as an IV. Brad, his housemates & the team @ original Stephenson house formed a family of our own, that transcended life/work boundaries. Brad taught me to be more attentive to each person's unique interests, how to see the joy in life's little moments, and how to respect personal space, time, and above all choice. Most of all Brad taught me that I supported him & his best interests, not an organization or individual who employed me on his behalf :) Brad's zest for life & often no fear attitude gave me the courage to be an advocate both professionally & personally. I am grateful for all that he taught me, all the time he shared with me and the great memories he created with our Stephenson house family. Thank you so much Brad for letting me in your life. I will remember you always. Go to your mom, dad & high five Olga dude!
