Wolfe, Monroe Frances Peacefully at Soldiers' Memorial Hospital, Orillia, on Wednesday, November 26, 2014 at the age of 86 years. Monroe Wolfe, predeceased by his beloved wife Frances (nee Spiers) and their son Larry Wolfe (1958). Dear father of Karen Wolfe and her husband Will Berlenbach and Wanda O'Neill and her husband Bill. Loving grandfather of Jann (Rod) Richards, Jarret Berlenbach, Tim O'Neill (Marie Kirkby) and Amy (Andrew) Menezes and great grandfather of Ryann, Andersen, Ashtyn, River, Carter and Declan. Lovingly remembered by his extended family of nieces, nephews and friends. Monroe worked as a Project Manager in the marine construction industry, a career which took him across Canada where he worked in high profile projects such as Expo '67 in Montreal and the St. Lawrence Seaway. An avid outdoorsman, Monroe was happiest spending time with family and friends while hunting, fishing and golfing. The family would like to extend their sincere appreciation and gratitude to the staff at Lakeview Manor for their care and kindness. Memorial Visitation in the Forrest & Taylor Funeral Home, 20846 Dalton Road, Sutton, from 2 – 4 & 7 – 9 p.m. Sunday. Memorial Service in the chapel, Monday at 1:30 p.m. Interment of cremated remains, Briar Hill Cemetery, Sutton. Memorial donations to Hekkla Community Church, 1280 Hekkla Road, Rosseau, ON P0C 1J0.
