It is difficult to write a short message of condolence for a great friend of 49 years.
Larry, as I always called him, was my mentor at MBA school. Having just arrived in London ON from 6 years in the Arctic, Gwen, my sons, and I were strangers in our own culture. Larry did a great job of caring for me and my family in a bewildering environment. Over the years he and Alice, and later, Linda were frequent visitors at my home with Gwen in Uxbridge: the great kite-flying parties.And we were guests at the weddings of Brent, and Keri. On August 24 this year Monica and I spent a day and night with Larry and Linda, making the most of our time there, as if no time had passed.
Monica and I share our great sorrow with Linda,her children, andy36xa Brent, Keri and Lynn.
