I visited my Mom (Isabel) when I heard about Aunt Joan. She was not fully awake when I spoke to her and told her that her baby sister was very ill and would pass shortly. I held her hand and I said a prayer. I told ther that when Joan passed, I was sure she would visit her before she went to heaven and she should be ready for her visit. I asked her to squeeze my hand if she understood what I was saying. With her eyes still closed, she gently squeezed my hand to let me know she heard and understood what I had told her.
As I left her I said, "Mom, heaven is going to have another angel"
On behalf of my Mom and my family I want to let you know that our thoughts and prayers are with all of you at this very difficult time. Aunt Joan was a kind and gentle soul with a very big heart, especially for her family.

Nan,
You are an angel watching over us all. You were loved so much by all of us and I know that this entire family will miss you every day. You were gracious, kind and loving to each and every one of your children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. You are at peace. You passed with dignity and strength with your family by your side.

we were shocked at receiving the news that your beloved mother had passe on.you will miss her as she was a big part of your lives.She always seemed so happy and content when the family was around. She was so proud of her children.our advice to you would be to hang on to your memories,in time they become treasures in your life.our thoughts and prayers go out to each one of you.hold one another tight.god bless. xoxoxoxo.
