At Southlake Regional Health Center, Newmarket, on Sunday, May 4, 2014 at the age of 94 years. Elsie Mackey of Sutton, beloved wife of 59 years to the late Ernest Mackey. Dear sister of Margaret, Elizabeth and Kate (Bernard). Predeceased by her brothers Jack (Nora), Bill (Shirley), and her sister Mary Burns. Loving and loved mother of Ernest (Inge), Brian (Carolyn), Walter (Penny), Stewart (Peggy), Pat (Kevin) and Elaine (Bill). Grandmother to Dawn (Paul), Craig (Tracy), Kristin, Walter (Tanya), Serenity (Chris), Paul (Laurie), Laurie (Derek), Suzanne (Geoffrey), Clayton (Sarah), David (Michaelle), Christopher (Krystal) and Bobby (Frances). Elsie is survived by 25 great grandchildren. Family and friends may visit at the Forrest & Taylor Funeral Home, 20846 Dalton Road, Sutton, from 2 - 4 & 7 - 9 p.m. Tuesday, May 6th . Funeral Service in the chapel, Wednesday, May 7th at 1:30 p.m. Interment, Briar Hill Cemetery. Memorial Donations to the Alzheimer Society of York Region would be appreciated by the family.
