My sincere and heartfelt sympathy to the Croutch families, Kimberley, Steven and David
I had the pleasure of knowing your dad for many years and over that time we chatted often. At times, he didn't hesiate to make his views known, but underneath the gruff exterior was a gentle man with a big heart. It broke my heart when he called to say your mom had passed away; she was truly the love of his life. It is my sincerest hope that John and Donna are reunited and will rest in peace for eternity.
And, may fond family memories provide comfort to you and your families in the days ahead.

Michael, David and Kim, Because of their age and health, I am writing this in behalf of my Mom and Dad, Joe & Audrey Noto. They remember great times spent with her Canadian Cousins. Mom always had a special place in her heart for your Dad and shared many childhood memories with him. Mom always kept in touch as did Jack with her, they shared a close family bond. Now, as for me, Jack has always been the friendliest, warm and loving guy to all of us that came to visit on our vacations. Their home was open, the pool was open , and food, conversation and laughter flowed freely. Jack, you will be missed !

My deepest sympathy to the Croutch family.
I only had the pleasure of knowing your father for a year, however in that time we became great friends. He would greet me every morning in the bistro with a big hello and I would often join him for coffee. My dad is a retired RCMP, and your dad would share stories with me.
John, spoke often about you, and recalled great family memories around the swimming pool. Your dad shared the swimming pool medal tradition, and this past summer I started doing with my kids. He also told me that Sunday was mom and dads day around the pool. I will think of him often.
Sincerely

John you will be missed dearly by Joanne and I. We had a great few years to get to know one another and your family. The many visits to you were always filled with laughter, and some with tears of laughing so hard.
You were a great mentor of mine and many others I am certain.
The stories we shared, the birthday dinner, your attendence at our wedding was a precious and fond memory or both of ours and will remain there forever.
Being able to meet both Steven and David was great reflection of you.
You and Donna did a great job with the upbringing of the family.
To all of the family, our sincere condolences and prayers for your loss at this time. Your Dad will be missed ememcely. May god be with you all and his Memories be strong with you forever.
