Peacefully at Royal Victoria Regional Health Center, Barrie, on Friday, February 7, 2014 at the age of 93 years. Elsie Holder (nee Foster) formerly of Sutton, beloved wife of the late Pearson (Perry) Holder. Dear mother of Penny Bassett and her husband Paul of Barrie and John and his wife Jeanette of Courtenay, British Columbia. Loving Grandmother of Kimberly Swinoga (Jeffrey), Leanne Bassett, Melanie Lomaglio (David), John Holder Jr. (Paan) and Jessica Donily (Christopher). Predeceased by her granddaughter Jennifer Holder. Great grandmother of Cameron, Justin, Andrew, Ryan, Ella and Jayda. Sister in law of Vivian Foster. Predeceased by her brothers Russell, Gordon and Alvin Foster and her sister in law Delena. Sadly missed by her extended family and friends. A Memorial Service will be held in the chapel of the Forrest & Taylor Funeral Home, 20846 Dalton Road, Sutton, on Saturday, May 3, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. Visitation from 1:00 - 2:00 p.m. Interment of Cremated Remains, Briar Hill Cemetery, Sutton. Memorial donations to the Royal Victoria Foundation, Respiratory Care or the Sutton Curling Club would be appreciated by the family. Memorial condolences may be made at www.forrestandtaylor.com
