Peacefully after a long fought battle with Multiple Sclerosis with his family present at Mackenzie Place, Newmarket on Friday, May 1st 2009 in his 51st year. Michael Plate of Willow Beach loving father of Monica Plate and Manfred Plate both of Willow Beach. Beloved son of Thelma Dunn of Lindsay and the late Heino Plate. Dear brother of Diana McAdam of Willow Beach, Katherine Dunn and her husband Hugh Salmon of Colburne and Jerry Dunn and his wife Devi of Maple. Fondly remembered by his nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Lovingly remembered by his children's mother Marion Plate of Willow Beach. A Memorial Service will be held in the chapel of the Forrest & Taylor Funeral Home 20846 Dalton Road, Sutton on Monday, May 11, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. Memorial Donations to the Multiple Sclerosis Society of Canada would be appreciated by the family.
