Of the manyy roles Sheri played in this life ie; family member or loving partner, she will be most remembered for her important roles as that of friend and a wonderful loving mother. I looked up the definition of what a friend meant in the Webster's dictionary and it didn't even come close to a possible definition of what a friend meant if you were as blessed as I was to have been one of hers. I expected to see the words of description under the definition such as loyal,compassionate, true and of giving unconditionally.. I think Webster's should heve expanded the word's description to differeniate between what a friend meant and what a 'true friend' meant and just put the name Sheri beside that. because there is a world of difference between the two. She put in an actual effort to nuture her relationships and unselfishly listen and give so much of herself to us all.
Boys, Matthew and Mitchell your mom would have been so proud of you yesterday at the gathering at the Mansion House. I can't imagine or ever could I find the words that could console you but in leaving this message I just hope you both know how much we share in your grief. Your mom has left us all with a legacy that most people who pass on don't and that is nothing but of kind, good and fond memories. I know that if God was waiting for her to enter his kingdom, the gates were wide open for her to arrive. Not only now is she one of his favourite angels for him in heaven she was sadly taken as one of ours here on earth.
To all of those who had the privilege of being in Sheri's life my condolences go out to you all.

Please accept my sincere condolences for the loss of Sheri. I cannot believe that one so young could be taken from us, but isn't that what is often said that "the good die young." My family's thoughts are with her immediate family and friends and we will think of you in our prayers.
