Peacefully at his home in Toronto, on Saturday, January 12, 2013 at the age of 23 years. Chad Driscoll of Toronto and Pefferlaw, beloved son of Kathy Simoes ( Joe Simoes) of Pefferlaw and Randy Driscoll of Toronto. Dear brother of Josh and Jason. Much loved grandson of Reenie Booker of Oshawa. Chad will be remembered by his aunts, uncles, many cousins, extended family and friends. Resting at the Forrest & Taylor Funeral Home, 20846 Dalton Road, Sutton, from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 p.m. Tuesday. Funeral Service in the Cedardale Church of the Nazarene, 471 Pefferlaw Rd, Pefferlaw, Wednesday at 2:00 p.m. Visitation in the church from 1:00 p.m. Wednesday. Cremation to follow. Memorial donations to the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) Centre for Addiction and Mental Health Foundation, 100 Stokes Street, 5th Floor, Bell Gateway Building, Toronto, ON M6J 1H4 or online at www.supportcamh.ca would be appreciated by the family.
