Hawkey, Constance May
Peacefully at Southlake Regional Health Centre, Newmarket, on Sunday, October 2, 2011 at the age of 92 years. Connie Hawkey (nee Blackburn) formerly of Pefferlaw, predeceased by her husband of 58 years, Roy Hawkey (Jan. 19, 2002). Beloved mother of Whitey (Sandy), Robin and Gail (Richard Johnston). Loving and much loved Nana of Shawnna (Ross O'Brien) and Jodi Johnston. Beloved Grandma of Ricky (Deceased), Donna (Shane - Deceased) and Willy. Proud and great grandmother of Rayden, Shay, Andrew, Tiera, Shawn, John (Deceased) and Michael. Cremation has taken place. Interment of cremated remains, Briar Hill Cemetery, Sutton. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date. Memorial donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Diabetes Association, would be appreciated by the family.
