Peacefully at her home in Pefferlaw, on Friday, July 8, 2011 at the age of 76 years. Sis Hatt (nee Griffiths), beloved wife of Herb Hatt. Dear mother of Murray McDonald (Pauline) of Hamilton, Morris McDonald of Holland Landing, Alison McDonald (Richard Langdon) of Willow Beach, Barbara Evison (Eddie) of Keswick and Mark Hatt of Keswick. Loving grandmother of nine and great grandmother of five. Dear sister of Morris Griffiths (Marie) of Nevada and Margaret Broadbent (Ted) of Grimsby. Lovingly remembered by her extended family and friends. Resting at the Forrest & Taylor Funeral Home, 20846 Dalton Road, Sutton, from 3-5 & 7-9 p.m. Tuesday. Funeral Service in the chapel Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. Interment, Briar Hill Cemetery, Sutton. Memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
