It is with sadness and fond memories we announce the passing of Anna Hull of Sutton, on Wednesday, December 29, 2010 in her 96th year. Daughter of the late Celia and Herbert Skitch. Predeceased by her brothers Gerald, Morley & Hurdin and sisters Lorna Lee and Mabel Rish. Wife of the late William Rowley and the late Stu Hull. Beloved mother of Bill Rowley of Rockwood and the late Gord Rowley of Ridgetown. Mother-in-law to Diane Rowley and the late Jacqueline Rowley. Dear aunt to the late Joan Johnson, Anna May Lee and Barb Ramsey. Fondly remembered by her loving grandchildren, Wendy and Jason Hardy, Doug and Suzie Rowley, Lisa Rowley and AJ Rowley, and great grandchildren, Derek, Paige & Roxanne Evans, Rebekah and Joe Garlough, Magdalene Rowley and Carson Rowley. Dear friend of Donna Owen, Marilyn Sawakaw and Margaret Brown. Anna was born in Lindsay, but spent many years of her life in Toronto and Sutton. She was the keeper of family history through pictures, letters and diaries. An avid gardener, she belonged to the Sutton Horticultural Society until 2008. Her gentle spirit will be remembered by the many she touched. A Memorial Service will be held in Knox United Church, 34 Market Street, Sutton, Sunday, January 9, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. Interment of cremated remains, Westminster Cemetery, Toronto. Memorial donations to the Lake Simcoe South Shore Horticultural Society, 18 The Queensway South, Keswick, L4P 1Y7 would be appreciated by the family.
