Obituary of Julian Falconer Chadwick

Julian Falconer Chadwick Julian passed away with his family by his side on Sunday, November 28th, 2010 at the Southlake Regional Health Centre after a long illness and the sudden loss of his wife Maggie in June. Julian's passing, leaves his children: Alan (with Lorraine), Christine (and husband Joe) and Stephen, his granddaughter Sasha and step-grandchildren Stephanie and Brittany. Julian's extended family include Bill Szollosy (his wife Diane), Sandi Whyte, Dave Szollosy (his wife Lauretta), nieces and nephews Michael (his wife Sarah), Robert, Christopher (his wife Tammy) and Stephanie (and her husband Jack) as well as many great nieces and nephews. Julian will be missed by his neighbours, Dave and Lauretta (who always lent incredible support), Norm and Pat, Katherine and Noel, Gussie, Cleta and his friends at the Malone Lodge. Julian's memorial will be celebrated at a lakeside ceremony at the De La Salle Chapel at De La Salle Park, 1940 Metro Road East, Jackson's Point, ON at 2:00 pm on Friday, December 3rd, 2010- a reception will follow the ceremony from 3:00 to 6:00.
