Thank you for all of your kinds words & support on all social media platforms. It sure was a reminder of how many lives she touched & networked with. I’m pretty sure seeing all the support from people near & far with her past relationships as well as the friendships & support she received towards her final days ; if she wasn’t battling pain & struggling to breathe I am very positive one of the last wishes would have been to have a funeral so we could all come together to share & reminisce the many stories & memories we have. To laugh, cry & love the moments we all fondly had & shared. She fought for many many years. And it was a fight till the end. It was how she wanted it minus the last month of the the 9 months I was caregiving for her. The first month she moved in I didn’t see a need for a caregiver which shows the fighter she was. The docs gave her 6-9 months with the her diagnosis of terminal stage 4 back in 2020. She was able to prove those words wrong one last time until it caught up to her. A week today already. Many emotions. But the one thing which we can all lean on is that she is at peace & struggle & pain free. The last time I laid down with her last Wednesday morning we both hadn’t slept much in 2 days as she just couldn’t get comfortable we agreed to try to get a little rest. A hug & kiss, one last joke & a tear I dozed off for an hour - hour and half to wake up to her resting with the angels. Thank you for everything Mom. Will always remember, miss & love you forever. My hero & the wind beneath my wings. Our saying since I was 12 when she was first diagnosed. Until we meet again, we’ll have many chats & laughs. RIP Mom. Love you
I

Dermot and Brennan, Please accept our deepest condolences. Your mom was like a second mother to me growing up. I’ll never forget watching the Paul McCartney concert with her. Great night. You know how to find us if you need us. Alvin and Fecy Rampersaud
