Sherwood, Gwendolynn Fay
Peacefully at Southlake Regional Health Centre, Newmarket, on Sunday, August 13, 2023 at the age of 70 years. Gwen Sherwood (nee Trumble), beloved wife of Carl of Newmarket. Dear mother of Tammy. Sister of Sheila, Byron (the late Dianne), Charlene (the late David), Freda (Farmer), Penny, Jenny (Steve) and sister-in-law of June (the late Victor) and Roy. Predeceased by her parents, David and Joyce Trumble, her in-laws Grace and Fred Sherwood, her siblings Ronald (Moose), Juanita, Margaret, and Ted. Fondly remembered by her nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends. Resting at the Forrest & Taylor Funeral Home, 20846 Dalton Road, Sutton, Thursday, August 17, 2023, from 2 – 4 & 7 - 9 p.m. Cremation to follow. Memorial Service in the Georgina Island Community Centre, Saturday, August 19, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. Burial of Cremated Remains, Georgina Island Cemetery.
