Phil was one of my late brother Pete’s earliest and best friends when we moved to Agincourt. As time passed we also became good friends who loved to share a good laugh together. Nothing breaks like a heart… R I P Phil

This is something I never wanted to write especially this soon . You were a great father and even better mentor. You taught me how to ride a bike. Took me swimming for countless hours in the pool , you were the one who always pushed me to be better. You weren’t only just a father you were my best friend. You made me the man I am today. I’ll be forever grateful for that. You were an amazing grandfather to Ava and aria and we will always love you and miss you.
We’ll get that musky for you old

Shocking to hear about Phil's passing. He was a big presence in many lives, especially on Fort Myers Beach. Phil was generous with his time and included others in the many events he and Annie organized. He will be missed. Rest in peace, Phil.

It was so nice to see Phil having so much fun at the Ride for Sight last year. He had that amazing Deveau personality and we laughed watching him compete with Ryan and Reanna in the slow bike race. Gone too soon. I know he will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

The first time I met Phil he was so welcoming as I didn't really know anybody at their party. Any time Steve and I would pass by he would always shout out a hello. Just so sorry to hear of his passing.

In the radiant tapestry of life, Phillip was a brilliant thread. His kindness enveloped us like a warm blanket while his adventurous spirit nudged us to look beyond the horizon. His humor lit up our world and his thoughtful nature consistently reminded us that love is an action. Though he has embarked on his final adventure, memories crafted around campfires, lakes, and parks remain etched in our hearts forever. Rest well now, dear Phillip.

Phil you were wild when we met, we both were but through it all the one thing we did right together was our son Kyle. You were a good father. Kyle has grown into a strong, compassionate, dedicated, wonderful and loving father. I am so proud of him and totally grateful that I was there with him as you took your last breath. RIP Phil you will always have a special place in my heart.

The skies must be more cheerful today having added Phillip to their roster. His kindness was not just a trait, but a language he spoke fluently(f… off). It's like losing a man who made friendship an art form and thoughtfulness, his masterpiece. We tip our hats to you, Phil - the world has lost a friend indeed, and heaven gained one hell of an angel!

I knew Phil through the Ride for Sight and being on the grounds crew together. No matter how hard we were working he always had a smile and was laughing. I'm grateful for the chance to know him.

Annie, I was up on the Beach this evening and stopped by and saw the gang at Coquina. We shared several Phil stories and memories and managed a few laughs too. Phil was truly one of the good guys and we all miss him very much already. With sympathy to you, Ray
