Obituary of Marian Davidson

Davidson, Marian Ilene (nee Rye) With her family by her side throughout, Marian peacefully passed away at home on Friday, July 21, 2023, at the age of 96 years. Beloved wife of the late Irvin Davidson. Loving Mother of Betty Ann Curtis (the late Larry), Wendy Watt (Raymond), and Diane Haywood (Fred). Predeceased by her son Doug. Marian will be greatly missed by her grandchildren Karrie Miller (Steve), Heather Parsons (Wayne), Kevin Curtis (Julia), Ryan Watt (Sonja), Kyle Watt (Shantel), Mitchell Hunter (Taylor) and Brooke Smith (Brock) and great grandchildren Jacob and Makenna Miller, Abigail and Carson Curtis, Leia Watt and Brady Smith. Sister of the late Muriel Hall (the late Joe), The late Helen Pollock (the late Alvin), Dorthy Stevenson (the late Newt), the late Paul Rye and the late Allen Rye (the late Helen). Sister in Law of the late Bob Davidson ( the late Patricia), the late Bernice Davidson, the late Bill Davidson (Louise) and Beth Baiden (the late Ed). Marian will also be missed by many nieces and nephews. Marian was the center of all family gatherings, with her gentle ways, quiet smile and the baking of our favourite homemade butter tarts. Her family and friends are invited to attend a visitation at the Forrest & Taylor Funeral Home, 20846 Dalton Road, Sutton on Sunday, July 23, 2023, from 2 – 4 and 7 – 9 p.m. Funeral Service to be in the chapel on Monday, July 24th at 12:00 noon. with visitation from 11:00 a.m..
