My memories of Tetka Buba all have her laugh in them. She laughed til she cried, and made us laugh along. When she saw us, she had to tell us she loved us. She brought us candy. She told us how it was.
I remember her telling me about her pregnancy with Sanja. “I could only eat potatoes!” Any time she spoke of Sanja she got emotional, with every story. She loved her daughter, every single thing about her.
She was never meh about anything. She loved fully and then just couldn’t stand something fully. She was all in or completely out. When she loved, it was with so much of her.
She will watch over us with everything she has.
