My sincerest condolences to the Davidson Family . I remember my Geography teacher Mr. Davidson at Sutton High with fond memories as well as a him always watching our hockey games at Sutton Arena back in the 80's beside my dad at the corner inside the warm part . Fred was a beautiful soul… Always a kind word to anyone he knew….He was my favourite teacher in high school… probably many others felt the same … he really engaged the class and made learning more fun… I loved his maps he would pull down as he taught his class…I’m so happy I got to see him a few days before he left us and watched him give his beloved wife Joan a kiss….just a beautiful soul….

It was always a pleasure to sit and speak with Fred. Estelle and I have owned a cottage in Georgina for many years. I always go to Tim's in the morning. I met Fred there and we enjoyed speaking to each other. He was a football fan and on Sunday afternoon when we went back to Toronto, we would text each as we watched the games at home. I will truly miss his wit and his kindness.
