Obituary of Ross Dever

Dever, Ross Edward On Saturday February 18, 2023, at the age of 88 years our father passed away peacefully at the Peterborough Hospital surrounded by his loving family. He is predeceased by our mother Lois in 2019 after 65 years of marriage and looked forward to being with her again. Ross is survived by his children, Ian (Elaine), Phil (Karen), Fred (Lynda), Steve (Lisa), his ten grandchildren, and six great grandchildren. He was a long-time employee of Imperial Oil, retiring in 1990 after working for 38 years. Ross enjoyed socializing with close and extended family and friends. He enjoyed golf and curling, both participating and watching. We thank the many doctors, nurses and PSWs that helped care for him over the past few years. A service will be held later in Sutton, where he will be placed alongside our mother. Arrangements in care of the Forrest & Taylor Funeral Home, Sutton.
