Obituary of Robert James Moore

Moore, Robert James Peacefully at River Glen Haven Nursing Home, Sutton, on Monday, August 15, 2022, at the age of 85 years. Bob Moore of Sutton by the Lake, formerly of Queensville, beloved husband of Carol (nee Forth). Dear father of Steven of Sutton, Brian (Nadia) of Bradford, and Richard (Tammy) of Sutton. Loving Grandpa of Jessica, Amber, Victoria, and Stephanie. Dear brother of Jim Moore (Carol). Predeceased by his sisters Audrey Rossiter and Mary Tannahill. Fondly remembered by his extended family and many friends. Bob was a natural athlete. He was a scratch golfer and bowler and enjoyed raising and racing Standardbred horses. Bob was a long-time employee of Imperial Oil, Don Mills location and after retirement, drove a school bus for 15 years. Cremation has taken place. Arrangements in care of the Forrest & Taylor Funeral Home, Sutton. A Celebration of Bob's life will be held at the later date.
