Obituary of Dennis Howard Hughes

Hughes, Dennis (Denny) Howard Sr. It is with our deepest sorrow and grief that we announce the sudden and tragic passing of our beloved Denny Hughes Sr, of Jackson's Point on Friday, August 5, 2022, at the age of 68 years. He will be lovingly remembered and deeply missed by his long-time love, best friend and wife of 38 years, Beverley (nee King). Cherished and loved by his children: Denny Jr (Lyndsay) Shelby (Paul) Nikki, and Cody. Best papa to Jackson, Austin and Amelia. Admired and loved brother of Ron (Kelly), and Rosanne (Noel). Predeceased by his sister Darlene and loving parents Gordon and Alice Hughes. Den will be missed by many nieces, nephews and cousins. He will also be missed by many friends that he cared for and enjoyed immensely through out his life. His best friend of 60 years, Marty Shilling, his fellow riding buddies and family at CMC 057 and a special thank you to the riders with him on his last ride. A Memorial Visitation will be held at the Forrest & Taylor Funeral Home, 20846 Dalton Road, Sutton, Saturday, August 13, 2022, from 2 – 4 & 7 – 9 p.m. Memorial Service will be held in the funeral home chapel, Sunday at 1:30 p.m. Followed by a reception at the Sutton Legion ,21 East St, Sutton, ON L0E 1R0.
