I had the pleasure of working with Percy as my boss, on Georgina roads department from 1983 until his retirement. He kept a close eye on the roads in the winter time, ensuring they were kept clear by his crew. He also kept a close eye On the ice formation because no one loved ice fishing and hunting more than Percy. It was noted that Percy drove down Hedge Road Five times a day in the winter time just to see how the ice was forming!! He will be missed. Don Coates
