LaRochelle, Douglas Charles Alexander (President, Royal Canadian Legion Branch 356, Sutton, & retired Toronto Star employee)
Peacefully at Southlake Regional Health Centre, Newmarket, on Sunday, May 23, 2010 at the age of 71 years. Doug LaRochelle, of Sutton, beloved husband of Susan (nee Beaulieu). Dear father of Nicole Dunphy and her husband Thomas of Keswick, the late Jean Paul LaRochelle and his wife Mary Lou LaRochelle of Brockville and Michel LaRochelle. Loving grandfather of Jean Paul LaRochelle; and Damien, Joshua and Lucas Dunphy. Lovingly remembered by his extended family, Legion Comrades and friends. Resting at the Forrest & Taylor Funeral Home, 20846 Dalton Road, Sutton, from 2 - 4 and 7- 9 p.m. Tuesday. Legion Service in the funeral home chapel Tuesday at 7:00 p.m. Funeral Service in the funeral home chapel, Wednesday at 11:00. Cremation to follow. Interment of cremated remains, Holy Cross Cemetery, North Bay. Memorial Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 356, Sutton, would be appreciated by the family.
