Susanne (Susi) Wilson nee Hirsch Born: June 15, 1954 Mindemoya, on Manitoulin Island Died: Too soon on Feb 19, 2022 in her 68th year We are all so very shocked and saddened to lose our beloved Susi so suddenly and unexpectedly from a weather related car accident on Saturday February 19 around noon in Durham region. She had just begun relishing her retirement years and was looking forward to using her new pottery wheel and kiln, to crocheting more beautiful blankets and to continue working with her talented dogs. She was a calm force of both kindness and independence. She was always generous with others, she set the best dinner tables full of delicious food and sprinkled it with love and laughter.Everyone surrounded is going to hurt whether or not they have truly processed the reality of the matter. Susi is predeceased by her father, Hanswerner Hirsch who died in October of 2007. She leaves behind many loving family members. Among them are her mother Pauline Hirsch (nee Kenntner) of Stouffville. Her son Jared Campbell (and Angie Sibley) and his daughter Carma and her daughter Sabrina Campbell (Steve Clanfield) and their son, Wyatt. Also, her sister Heidi Wallis (Ben) and her 2 children Brooke and Elliott, and her brother George Hirsch (and Sandy) who have 3 married children: Christa and Brad Potter and their daughter Fiona, Erin and Jonathan Snively, and Luke and Samie Hirsch and their daughter Ellie. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Susi’s favourite fund, the Belgian Shepherd Dog Club of Canada trophy fund. This is a non-profit organisation it does not have charitable status. Specify “Susi Wilson Memorial Trophy”. Email: treasurer@bsdcc.org We love you Susi, forever and always within our hearts. Rest in eternal paradise.
