Peacefully on Sunday May 9, 2010 at the age of 75 years. John Gooderham of Sutton, beloved husband of 50 years to Pat (nee Drolet). Dear father of Fran Gooderham (Don O'Day) of Brechin, Greg Gooderham (Jennine) of Bowmanville, Theresa Ward of Toronto and Stephen Gooderham of Oshawa. Loving grandfather of Greg (Camille), John (Bonnie), Jacquelyn, Steve, Chris, Karly and Tyler. Dear brother of Paul Gooderham (Gloria) of Napanee and brother in law of Priscilla Gamble of Ballantrae. Lovingly remembered by his extended family, Legion comrades and many friends. Resting at the Forrest & Taylor Funeral Home, 20846 Dalton Road, Sutton from 2-4 and 7-9 Wednesday, May 12 2010. Legion Service in the funeral home, Wednesday at 7:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated in the Church of the Immaculate Conception, 20916 Dalton Road, Sutton, Thursday at 11:00 am. Cremation to follow. Memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, The Canadian Cancer Society or the Legion Poppy Fund would be appreciated by the family.
