Peacefully surrounded by his family at Southlake Regional Health Centre, Newmarket, Thursday, October 7, 2021 at the age of 51 years. Frank Baldwin of Sutton beloved husband of Jocelyne Baldwin. Loving dad of Tyler (Heather) and Amy. Adored papa of Alexis and Braxel. Fondly remembered by his extended family and many friends. Cremation has taken place. Memorial Service will be held in the chapel of the Forrest & Taylor Funeral Home, Sutton, Wednesday, October 27, 2021at 2:00p.m. with visitation from 12:00 – 2:00 pm. Memorial donations to the Toronto General Liver Transplant Program would be appreciated by the family. Memorial condolences may be made at www.forrestandtaylor.com
