Obituary of Janet Beatty

Beatty, Janet (nee Stryker) Peacefully at Lakeview Manor Beaverton, on Saturday, July 17, 2021 at the age of 74 years. Janet Beatty of Virginia, ON was the beloved wife for 41 years to the late Don Beatty. Loving mother of Sean Beatty and his wife Susan of Sutton. Gramma of Kelsey and Jenna. Predeceased by her grandson Brett. Aunt to Julie Stryker. Fondly remembered by her extended family and friends. Janet had worked many years for Mine Radio until her retirement in 2011. Janet was a generous, kind, artistic person with a fun loving spirit. She regarded her close friends as family and will be greatly missed by all. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be held at the Forrest & Taylor Funeral Home Chapel, Sutton, Saturday, July 24, 2021 at 2:00 P.M. with a memorial visitation 1 hour prior. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date when Covid Restrictions do not apply. In lieu of flowers donations to Alzheimer Research would be appreciated by the family.
