To the Oliver family, we are so sorry John is no longer with us. John was a very special guy, always met you with a big smile and was loved by many. We will miss John but know that he is now with Marg, Sadie and Bill relaxing at the cottage or in Florida and telling golf and fish stories.

So sorry to learn that John has left us. Being older, like John, I have little to say. But one thing is for sure - our children are our most valuable possession. He was a great guy.
My sincerest condolences to his family.
Jack Teasdale (a friend of John's from the Roxborough)

Sincere condolences to the Oliver family. May Mr.Oliver rest in peace. What a wonderful man! I have such great memories of him when I was a child. He always took the time to smile and joke around with us Conderan girls whether he was doing work at our home or cottage, visiting my parents or if we were visiting at his cottage. His laugh was contagious. He was good friend to my Dad, Ed.
Sincerely, Patti Conderan-Easson and Ron Easson

Our sincerest condolences on the passing of John. He will be missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing and interacting with him. We had the honour of meeting John at several family functions. I had the pleasure of golfing with him a few times over the decades and he ensured there was a never a dull moment. His quick wit, humour and listening to his life experiences will always remain a memory with me personally. God Speed John. Jim Shimko and family.
