At Uxbridge Cottage Hospital on Friday, April 2, 2021 at the age of 58 years. Wayne Porte, beloved son the late Cecile and Orville Porte. Wayne Porte of Georgina Island, beloved husband of Loretta Carleton. Dear father of Alex Porte (Jamie Hawkins), Stephen Porte and Madison Porte (Jesse Hamilton). Dear brother of the late Ann Tustin (Rob Pedersen) and Irma Porte -Williamson (Norris Laffin). Fondly remembered by his extended family and friends. Resting at the Forrest & Taylor Funeral Home, 20846 Dalton Road, Sutton, Saturday, April 10, 2021 from 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon. Visitation in the Georgina Island Community Centre, Saturday from 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. followed by a private family service. (Please call the funeral home at 905-722-3274 to confirm attendance at the visitations). Interment, Georgina Island Cemetery at 4:30 p.m. Memorial Donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
