We have fond memories of Roy at our wedding back in 1988. We were absolutely thrilled that he and Mary had made the trip out to Alberta for the event.
Not an anniversary goes by that we don't think of all the fun we had.

Mary and the entire Vernon family, words are not enough. So very sorry to hear of Roy’s passing. My life and those that were blessed to be touched by Roy are better for it. Growing up working for Roy and Mary on the farm every summer are memories I often think of and will never forget. Roy taught and instilled in me my greatest asset, hard work ethic. Every child should have been able to attend the “summer school” of Roy Vernon for one summer! :)
