My condolences from simonne,Anthony and Clara.
My husband could see billy and himself becoming friends. I didn't know him that well. I would like to say something about his character. When I first met billy, our daughter, Clara, warmed up to him right away she normally doesn't do that. Clara usually runs away and starts crying. She didn't with billy she walked up to him super close. She has only has done that four times, billy was the fourth time of that ever happening. She started talking to him and playing with him, she was chasing him, billy would chase her, stomping in puddles etc. I told him that he must have a good soul and he is a good person because normally that does not happen. Plus your funny.
The second time of me meeting Billy. Clara and billy had a grass throwing war. She warmed up to him right away. I will always remember billy as someone with a good soul and a good person plus his humor he was a very funny person.
