Gallagher, Rose "Marilyn" (Nee Chatten)
Passed away peacefully with her husband and family by her side at Ross Memorial Hospital at 4:30 a.m. on July 31, 2019. Marilyn Gallagher, beloved daughter of the late Keith and Connie Chatten. Loving wife of John Gallagher for 18 wonderful years. Loving mother of Jennifer (Cam), David and Matt (Laura) and loving step-mother of Kelly (Craig) and Kim (Steve). Loving grandmother of Carly, Ben, Emma, Rayanne, Addison, Maddy, Parker and Jacob. Sister of Brian (Louisa), Darlene, Keith, Richard, Donald (Brenda) and Barbara (Alan). Predeceased by her brother Paul. Fondly remembered by her many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends. In her free time, Marilyn enjoyed quilting, doing paper crafts, gardening, fishing, walking in the woods and playing with her dog Bailey. Memorial donations to the Sick Kids Hospital – Clown Program would be appreciated by the family. Resting at the Forrest & Taylor Funeral Home, Sutton on Friday, August 2, 2019 from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Saturday, August 3, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. with visitation one hour prior.
