Oh dear, Ruth, Wayne, Nancy and families. So sorry to hear of your mom passing.
I have just heard, we were out in Newfoundland or we would have personally come to have given you our thoughts and condolences.
I worked with your mom for the first 10 years at C.I.B.C. in the little building beside Burrows Hardware, wow, what memories that brings back. I’ve always said it was your mom that helped me get my job at the Bank, she apparently told Gerry Rome the manager, she knew my parents had good work ethics and I would likely have them too. I was 17.
I spent 30 years working for 2 different banks because of your mom.
