Tracy of Jackson's Point, beloved mother of Connor Sobye of Jackson's Point and Dylan Lacourciere (Alexandra Gordon) of London . Loving Grandma of Khloee Jean of London. Dear friend of Greg Holland of Thorold. Daughter of Penny and Alec (Angela). Sister of Colleen Cremer. Fondly remembered by her extended family especially her aunts Trish Ribchester, Carmen Debonis, Mary Rose and Kathy Yates and her friends.
