Peacefully at Southlake Regional Health Center, Newmarket on Tuesday, January 5, 2010 at the age of 82 years. John Mitrovic of Sutton, beloved husband of Bernice MacKenzie - Mitrovic of Sutton. Predeceased by his 1st wife Grace. Dear brother of Annie Vitek of Dresden. Stepfather of Barry MacKenzie (Annette Harrison) of Newmarket. Father of Joan Evenson of Toronto. Fondly remembered by his nephew Carl and granddaughters. Resting at the Forrest & Taylor Funeral Home 20846 Dalton Road, Sutton from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 p.m. Thursday January 7, 2010. Veteran's Service in the funeral home at 7:00 p.m. Thursday. Funeral Service in the chapel Friday at 2:30 p.m. Cremation to follow. Memorial Donations to the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 356 Poppy Fund would be appreciated by the family.
