I have so many memories of Mary and Bernard at the store in Baldwin and then Mary bringing her wonderful cakes and baked goods, as well as the baking done by her children and grandchildren to the Sutton Fair for many years. Goodbye my friend "across the river".
Mary made me feel welcome when we moved to Baldwin five years ago. She taught me the importance of community involvement. She loved nature and we would talk about the birds, the river and gardening. She will be missed.

It is with great sadness that we have leaned of the tragic passing of Mary.
A fixture for years as we shopped at the Baldwin General Store for our groceries. Always had a story to tell and provided local updates of what was happening within the community.
