Jamie!
You came in my thoughts today so I looked you up on google to see what came up (seeing as its been many years since we have spoken)... and right before my eyes I read an obituary. My heart instantly broke for your son and your family. I have always appreciated the laughs, the love, and the peace you brought to my life in our Donmills days; not only you, but your family... Cheryl and Bryce. You all always made me feel welcomed in your home and hearts.
Cheryl, I´ve always appreciated you but was so young and did not know how to tell you... but thank you for making such a beautiful soul of a daughter that I was privileged enough to call my best friend at one point in time.
Nathan, I was told all about you when you were a few years old by your Mom and Uncle Bryce. I´ve never met you but I am deeply sorry for your loss; your Mother is an amazing woman that brought joy to souls she touched. You are so lucky to be able to call her Mom, and she will always be with you buddy.
Jamie you always have been, and always will be missed. Thank you for being a friend.
Alechia.

I didn’t know her well, but met her a few times through friends as an adult and recognized her from childhood. I remembered her brother who I played baseball in the same league as as a kid at St. Bonaventure. I enjoyed talking to her, she was a very charming and pleasant girl. I'm finding it hard to come up with adequate words to share to express the grief that hit the moment I found out you were gone. I'm so sorry I didn't know you well as an adult, but I knew you as a child and my memory of you is vivacious and bright. That is how you will always be for me, and when I see those traits in other little girls and boys I will have to smile. But you were one of a kind. It's true and I'm sure you were one heck of a mother and grew up to bring that vivaciousness to everything you did.
You are missed,
Anneke Emily

Cheryl, Nathan and David, there are no words for the sadness.
I was absolutely blessed to be lucky enough to be considered one of Jamie's true friends, and in the process, feel like I gained an additional family to belong to. I wouldn't have exchanged any of the time we have all spent together, laughing, venting, bonding and enjoying. From nights at Beavers, weekends in the backyard at Woodcliff, Halloween night adventures and then straight up North to enjoying moments at the lake and sleepovers. My memories are fond ones and I am grateful that I got the chance to make so many of them over the years. I look forward to spending time making more memories with the family and reminiscing about past ones of Jamie. It's what keeps us close to those we lose and, when the time is right, I can't wait to see her again and hope she can show me all the things she's been busy building in her free time. That's the way I want to remember her.
Loved her dearly,
Kelly

It is with great sadness and shock that we hear of Jamie’s passing. There are so many fond memories of Brownie adventures, birthday parties, Norman Ingram gatherings — all of which featured Jamie’s zest for life and laughter. While we have not seen much of each other since those days, we did know of Jamie’s passion for her business and most importantly family. She has fought a valiant fight and we now wish her peace. Without a doubt, Jamie was loved and cherished by her family and friends. She made this world a better place and leaves us all better for having known her. May her love of life shine through in her precious son. May the dear and sweet memories provide some comfort to you Cheryl, Bryce and Nathan. You are in our prayers.

I was shocked and deeply saddened to hear the news. Jamie was my very best friend throughout my youth, and I often think about all the great memories we had together, all the trouble we caused, and all of the hard times Jamie got me through. I will always remember her hilarious laugh, her tenacious attitude, and her undeniable artistic talents, among many other things.
To the rest of the Woodyatt family: Even from a young age, I knew how special Jamie was to all of you. From myself and the rest of the family (Andrea, Myles, and Krista), we are so sorry for your loss.
Rest easy, Jamie.

Jamma Mamma, you crazy sweet amazing girl, you are one of my very best friends, and one of my favourite people on the planet. My heart is broken, you will leave a void that can never be filled. We'll try to jam all the memories and happy times and loop of your fabulous smile with your crazy laughter as a sound track, I suppose that will have to be enough. You leave a whole army of people who believe in your kind heart, your smart quick whit and your beautiful soul. You've shined brighter than anyone I've ever met in the face of hard times and happy times. You fought the good fight, and now you can rest easy, crack a beer and build all the beautiful things your talented hands are more than capable of. I love you from the bottom of my heart and soul, I miss you already, you will never, ever be forgotten.
Cheryl, Nate, Bryce and David, I love you all so much and I am so sorry for your loss, our family is sending all the love we have to try to help ease your pain, although we know it will never be enough. We're here anytime of day or night if there is anything we can do xoxoxoxoxo
